Client's bookings may not be confirmed until an agreement to the statements below and agree to these terms and conditions.

The client's booking may not be confirmed until the vendor confirms availability. Once availability is confirmed you will receive your electronic ticket by email (the email address you provide in the booking process). The deposit amount is paid when booking online. As soon as we receive your payment, the reservation will be processed and  e-ticket will be sent within 48 hours. The e-ticket will have all of the important information: how to pay, where exactly to go, and who will meet you along with their phone number as well as ours in case of problems findings. Each client is responsible for verifying the information.

We suggested to check all the description, restrictions, notes of each excursion before booking: to check tour's minimum age requirement, restrictions, etc and with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you. If one or more of these requirements or restrictions are not fulfilled or if participation is denied on-site by the vendor, no refund will be granted. These conditions and restrictions are designed for your safety and well-being and many times are part of local legal and/or insurance and/or certification or similar requirements.

Each tour/excursion provided their own cancelation policy. All cancellations request must be sent by email to reservations@myeasyexcursions.com, using the same email registered during the booking process. You have 7 days after the tour’s date to email us. We guarantee a full refund in the event that your cruise ship does not dock at the port, causing you to miss the tour or for weather conditions.

No refund will be granted, If the client fails to show up at the designated meeting location and time or if the client decides to leave the tour at any point and the client is responsible for their transportation back to the ship or next tour location, at the client's expense.

Once your cancelation request be verying and accepted, your money will automatically be returned to the original form of payment provided at the time of your current reservation. Please note this process might take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank. You will receive another email notification at that time.

Almost all our tours include transportation. Once your reservation is confirmed, we guarantee you will arrive on time so you don't miss your cruise ship’s departure. We are a third company, we do not work with the cruise lines. In case of a change in itinerary, please don't hesitate to contact us to make the right changes according to the availability.

The guide tour reserves the right to modify the tour such as the itinerary, content and timing or for vehicle, equipment availability, failure, etc. These changes may be made for safety reasons related to weather, client's condition, changes in timing, etc., and will be made with your safety and well-being in mind. Any changes agreed upon or made during the excursion must be negotiated with the guide tour for possible refunds or if you do not agree to the change, please do not participate in the excursion. Otherwise, no refund will be granted.

Please remember that My easy Excursions Company is acting as a booking agent/third company and is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, costs, or delays resulting from your use of tour services. If any of the above issues occur during your excursion, you will need to contact your guide tour to address any responsibility or claim issues. The guide tour has the right to charge for any lost or damaged excursion equipment if rules are not followed.

Although we plan to provide only safe excursions from professional guide tours, accidents or loss of belongings may still occur. We advise following the guide tour's rules, regulations, and recommendations.
